To ensure a smooth resolution process for any issues such as damages or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Kindly note the following guidelines:

• The video must clearly show all four sides of the unopened package before opening.
• The package should be opened in one continuous shot without any pauses or edits.
• Opened packages or videos with interruptions will not be accepted.
• For battery-operated toys, please keep 3 AA batteries ready to verify the product's functionality during the unboxing video.

Refunds will only be processed for genuine cases that meet the above criteria.
